The Episcopal Church

The mission of the Episcopal Church, as stated in the Book of Common Prayer’s catechism (p. 855), is "to restore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ." For more information, please visit www.episcopalchurch.org.

Learn more in our Newcomers Class

The Newcomers Class provides people who are interested in knowing how the Episcopal Church approaches worship, faith, spirituality and theology the opportunity to pursue that interest with people who have similar questions. This class is a great way to sort out if the Episcopal Church is where one wants to practice faith. The Inquirers' Class is open to anyone who wants to know more about the Church. It is required of adults who want to be baptized, confirmed, or received in the Episcopal Church. In addition, it is a great way to get to know other people at Trinity.

The next Newcomers Class will be held during Sunday morning formation time, 10:15 - 11:00 am, beginning in January 2016. Contact The Rev'd Dane Boston, our Canon for Christian Formation at dboston@trinitysc.org for more information.
